been on CJC-1295 w/ DAC for about 10 weeks, 2mg twice a week subq. switched from mod GRF (no DAC) after about 6 weeks because keeping up with 3x daily dosing at 8 months PP with a baby who decides 4am is a great time to practice standing was just not happening. imo the thing nobody mentions when they compare these two is that the “MOD GRF gives you more control over pulse timing” argument assumes you have any reliable schedule at all. if you’re missing 40% of your injections bc you forgot/passed out/the baby needed something, you’re not actually getting the pulsatile advantage anyway. results so far on the DAC version: sleep quality improved around week 8 (or the baby finally started consolidating, genuinely hard to separate). muscle soreness from lifting is noticeably lower. body comp changes are subtle at 42, not dramatic. what i can’t figure out: is the slower sustained release from DAC actually doing less for body comp than sharper pulses would? any women in their 40s who’ve run both and tracked DEXA or something concrete? not looking for bro-science here, looking for actual data points from people who weren’t hitting every dose perfectly.
