Worried About My Eye Twitching

Hi everyone,

I’ve been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, IBS, and Anxiety after extensive tests. Recently, I felt well for a change, but then my left eye started twitching. The next day, I felt awful, with dizziness, body aches, and gastrointestinal issues, all while my left eye kept twitching. I’ve noticed this twitch often precedes flare-ups. Any others with Fibromyalgia experience similar warning signs? Your input would be appreciated.
