shelved four carts of returns friday, nothing heavy, just steady bending and reaching for maybe ninety minutes. felt fine friday night. felt fine saturday, actually did the farmer’s market saturday morning and thought i’d gotten away w/ it. sunday morning woke up and could not get off the couch. legs like sandbags, brain fog so thick i was reading the same sentence on my phone four times, heart doing the standing-up spike the second i tried to get water. that’s a 48 hour gap between the activity and the crash, not the 24 hour window i’ve been tracking for months now. i log every flare and what came before it so i can actually show my neuro a pattern instead of just “i feel bad sometimes,” and this is the first time the delay stretched past a full day instead of landing the next morning. is this just how PEM behaves, does the window shift around depending on what triggered it, or is a two day delay usually a sign the exertion was worse than i thought at the time. imo everyone always says 12 to 24 hours like it’s fixed math and mine has mostly been 24 hours, so this one threw me off. anyone else get a crash that took an extra day to show up, and did it mean anything different than ur usual pattern?
