Which test actually matched how you feel

so my full panel came back clean. MRI clean, metabolic clean, ANA negative, thyroid fine, B12 fine. neuro closed the file. i’m a PT who can’t stand in one place for six minutes without my HR spiking and cognition going offline.

that’s not a normal body, those are normal TESTS. tilt table finally caught the POTS piece, 18 months in. but nothing in the original workup pointed there. i had to push for it specifically.

so genuinely asking: what test actually showed something for you? not the ones that ruled things out. the ones where a number finally matched how bad you feel. NASA lean test?

two-day CPET? specific cytokine panels? cortisol rhythm curves? because i have patients ask me this now and i hate that my only honest answer is “start with whatever your neuro will order and escalate from there.” what actually found something?
