been tracking labs for a couple months now and i’m realizing ESR and CRP don’t actually correlate with my worst days. like i’ll be in a full flare - hands barely work, fatigue is brutal - and labs barely shift. but then other times they spike and i feel fine.
my rheum watches C3/C4 like they’re the real answer but won’t explain why. and my anti-dsDNA hasn’t moved in 6 weeks even though i’m clearly in a cycle. does anyone else’s labs just not match how bad things actually are?
or has anyone found a marker that actually predicts when you’ll flare?
