Apparently, if you keep using the same spot, you can get these painful lumps (lipodystrophy — who knew?), and it can even mess with how well the medication works.
Now I’m trying to follow a rotation schedule — like left thigh one week, right abdomen the next — but I’m curious… which injection site has worked best for you? I’ve heard the thigh is the easiest for beginners, but some people swear by the abdomen for better absorption. Anyone have tips or tricks to make the whole process smoother?
