When did you actually accept your baseline

been tracking for three months now and the data is kind of cruel - there’s a hard floor. past 7k steps or six hours on my feet and i crash the next day. easy to log it.

harder to actually accept this is the baseline, not the temporary one. so genuinely asking - when did that flip for you? like, actually stop expecting yourself to get back to normal and just live in the real limit?

does it happen a year in, two years? or do you keep hitting the same wall? and more practical - does acceptance even change how you plan your days, or is it mostly just less fighting yourself in your head?
