Whats the pattern with my symptoms and hormonal cycle

i’m starting to realize i basically plan my whole life around cycles now. like, i can schedule a big event only if it’s way past my usual perimenopause crash window.

trying to teach third grade w/ these unpredictable cortisol spikes is exhausting. Does anyone else actually have reliable routines for managing energy around certain parts of their cycle?

where do you guys draw the line?
