so everyone says “track your cycle” but nobody explains the real load… i log ovulation (if it happens), androgens, insulin response, when i flare, what set it off… after maybe 8 months i could finally show my endo a real pattern - not “i feel bad sometimes” but “my glucose crashes 3 days before i get an lh surge, then i’m bloated for 2 wks post-ovulation even if i eat the same.” the mental part isn’t sexy… imo it’s remembering to record every morning.
it’s noticing that my irregular cycles line up with travel stress. it’s knowing your body in data before any doc will take it seriously. most people give up because it looks like work. it is work. but it’s the work that actually gets you answers instead of shrugs. what patterns have you noticed that your doctor dismissed until you showed the receipts? that’s my take.
