Hey friends, living with rheumatoid arthritis can be such a rollercoaster. I’ve tried so many things over the years to manage it, from meds to lifestyle changes. Some things have helped, like physical therapy and low-impact exercises (swimming’s my go-to!), but I also know the meds play a huge role. I’ve been on NSAIDs to ease the pain and DMARDs to slow things down, and while they’re useful, I’ve still had days when I feel like I’m fighting through a fog.
Recently, I read about biologic DMARDs, and I’m honestly curious if that might be something I should consider more seriously. Have any of you had success with those? Or found something else that really helped with the flare-ups or even just day-to-day struggles? Let me know!
