What helped me with Panic Attacks and Migraines

I used to get hit with this weird combo of panic attack symptoms and migraines that made everything feel like a total mess. I’d get the racing heartbeat, sweating, dizziness, and then, boom—headache that would keep me in bed for hours. It’s a nightmare trying to figure out if you’re having a panic attack or a migraine, especially when they seem to overlap so much. So, I tried a bunch of different things—yoga, deep breathing, cutting out certain foods, and sticking to a regular sleep schedule, but some of these just weren’t cutting it. What’s worked for you? Do you have any tips or treatments that made a difference? I’m still figuring out the right balance, and it’d be great to hear from others who’ve gone through the same thing.
