What helped me most in managing POTS during Pregnancy –

Pregnancy with POTS is no joke. The dizziness, fatigue, and crazy heart rate spikes made some days feel impossible. But a few things actually helped—staying super hydrated, adding extra salt to my diet, and wearing compression stockings made a noticeable difference. Smaller, more frequent meals kept the blood sugar crashes away, and low-impact exercise (like swimming) helped with circulation without wiping me out.

It definitely wasn’t easy, but finding little ways to manage symptoms made a huge difference. Every pregnancy is different, but taking things one day at a time and listening to my body was the best thing I could do.
