What got you through the tough days of cancer?

Getting a cancer diagnosis is a lot—it’s overwhelming, emotional, and honestly, kind of surreal. I’ve tried a bunch of things to cope, from talking to a therapist to just zoning out with a good book, and some things have helped more than others. I’ve also read that things like mindfulness, support groups, and even just keeping track of my emotions in an app can make a big difference. It’s a lot to navigate, but I’m figuring it out one step at a time.

If you’ve been through this, what’s helped you the most? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you, whether it’s something big like therapy or something simple like daily walks. Let’s share what’s helped and get through this together.
