five months of logs and i still can’t cleanly separate these two. been tracking everything - sleep, activity, stress, barometric pressure (yes i downloaded a weather app specifically for this). and what i keep running into is that both seem real, but they don’t hit the same way. overdoing it is more predictable.
i can usually see the cause even if the lag is 48 hours out. push too hard on a Tuesday, Friday’s a 7. that part i’ve mostly figured out. weather is messier.
pressure drops and sometimes i get a 6, sometimes nothing happens. i can’t find a consistent threshold. low pressure on a day when i’m well-rested does less damage than low pressure when i’m already at a 5 from work stress. so maybe it’s not eithea forum - maybe weather is a multiplier on whatever state i’m already in, not a standalone trigger.
curious if anyone else has found a pattern, or if you just accept both and try to manage around them.
