Upgraded to Premium on website and need IOS app to upgrade to Premium

I use my email address for my login. I upgraded to Premium version on the Web App, but my IOS app is not showing as upgraded to Premium. How do I get the IOS app to honor the Premium upgrade I purchased through the web app?

I attempted to “Restore Purchase” in the User Settings on the IOS app, but I get the message “Sorry, it doesn’t seem like you have upgraded. If you believe this is an error, please contact support from the menu.”
