been logging steps + next-day symptom severity for three months. under 7k steps + maybe 4-5 hours standing, i’m ok. hit 10k or 6+ hours on my feet and i’m almost guaranteed to crash 16-18 hours later. brain fog, full fatigue, dysautonomia flare, everything that comes with the crash.
what’s weird is how obvious the pattern looks once you’re tracking it. before this i’d rationalize. “probably not the activity, just having a bad day” or convince myself there was no connection. but you can’t argue with the log.
you see the same thing happen over and over and your brain stops making excuses. my pm background probably helps - i’m comfortable with data and spreadsheets. but i’m wondering if this threshold is actually normal, or if it’s true for everyone. does yours stay steady, or does it shift week to week depending on sleep, stress, hormones, whatever else is going on?
also asking because mine seems to have gotten worse since april. like my envelope is actually shrinking. wondering if that’s normal or if i’m missing something about how to actually pace with this thing
