so i’ve been on tirzepatide for a few months now and i noticed my tsh levels have been all over the place. yesterday i got my test results back and my tsh was 0.40, which is lower than my doc expected. my t4 was 25.0, which is higher than the normal range. i’m on the same dose of thyroxine as i was in march, but i reduced it for a bit.
has anyone else experienced this w/ tirz? i’m trying to figure out if it’s the tirz or something else. fwiw, i’ve been tracking my calories and insulin resistance for years, and i’ve been diagnosed with pcos. anyone have any thoughts on this?
i’ve been reading about how tirz can affect thyroid levels, but i haven’t found much info on what to expect. help?
