Tilt table results finally on paper, three years late

so i had my tilt table done last month and i’ve been sitting on how to write about it because i keep almost crying typing it out. thirty seconds in, standing, HR jumped from 78 to 121. by minute four it was sitting around 130 and my vision was doing that grey narrowing thing i’ve described to about six doctors who nodded and moved on. they stopped the test at minute seven bc my BP started dropping too.

tech said “yeah that’s a clear pattern” like it was nothing, and i just sat there thinking, i have been saying this exact sentence since 2023. the part that gets me is it’s not new information. i’ve had the racing heart standing in line, the grey-out reaching for something on a high shelf, the sit-down-immediately-or-fall thing at the farmer’s market for literal years. the tilt table didn’t discover anything.

it just wrote down what was already happening and now a doctor believes the paper more than they believed me. i’ve got probably 40 logged instances in careclinic from the last four months, same trigger pattern, standing plus heat plus any exertion, and honestly having the graph next to the tilt table number made my neuro actually pause and read instead of skimming. for anyone who’s had one, did the number itself change anything with your doctor, or did it just confirm what you already knew and nothing moved? did your treatment plan actually shift after, or just the paperwork?
