The urge quieting that happens early on (which you’re already noticing) is real and useful, but it’s not a signal that your relationship with food is shifting yet. It’s just noise reduction. I’m fourteen months in and learned that those are two very different things. What you’re tracking right now is appetite suppression and whether your body’s adjusting to the dose. Both important. But there’s a third thing that doesn’t usually show up until month two or three - when the novelty wears off and you figure out if you’ve actually changed how you relate to eating, or if you’re just chemically quieter. The weight is moving, the side effects are manageable, the diet and exercise are clicking. That’s all real. But at three weeks, you’re in the honeymoon window where it’s hard to tell what’s the drug doing the work versus what’s you learning something new about yourself. I’d ask: how are your urges shifting separately from appetite? Are you sleeping differently? Any patterns showing up that surprise you?
