Three weeks tracking reactions - the timing is the thing that's my take

three weeks in now, logging every reaction: what i ate, when flushing hit, when urticaria showed up on my forearms, which symptoms came first, how far behind was the next one. the gap is the data. tuesday i ate something with apparent histamine around noon. tbh flushing at 12:15, urticaria started at 1:40. that 85-minute window between the trigger and the visible stuff tells me something… but ‘i had a reaction’ tells my allergist nothing… i can actually say now: 15-20 minute flush window, urticaria an hour after.

tryptase draw timing matters - right after the flushing or when the hives are worse? on ketotifen now (3 weeks, brain fog is killing me at work) but the reaction sequence feels slower. or different. same food doesn’t trigger the same timing anymore. it’s like the window stretched. does the timing shift for anyone else depending on what triggered it - food vs stress vs something else? or is my stuff just weird because of the ketotifen?
