i’ve been running tb-500 for my shoulder, 2mg twice a week, and i’ve noticed something interesting. the half-life is supposed to be around 2-3 hours, but the effects seem to last longer. i’m guessing it’s bc the peptide is still active in the joint even after it’s been cleared from the bloodstream. anyone else notice this?
i’ve been tracking my progress with daily check-ins and it’s been helpful to see the trend over time. the daily check-in takes maybe 40 seconds and the trend it builds over 12 weeks is what i’m actually using to adjust my protocol. i mentioned this before in my shoulder repair post, but i’ve found that consistency is key with tb-500. if you’re gonna run it, make sure you’re committed to the full cycle.
i’ve seen people stop after 4-6 weeks and wonder why they’re not getting the results they want. it’s not a miracle cure, it’s a nudge. and the nudge only takes if you actually rest the joint and load it progressively afterward. i’m curious to hear from others who have run tb-500 for joint repair.
what were your results? did you notice any differences in dosing frequency or timing?
