Task Chunking for ADHD: What Works for You?

I’ve been trying out task chunking to help with my ADHD, and honestly, it’s been such a game-changer for things like cleaning or getting through work projects. Breaking stuff down into smaller steps makes it feel way less overwhelming. But then I came across tips like using timers or visual reminders for each chunk, and now I’m wondering if I’ve been doing it the hard way this whole time.

Have you tried anything like this? Or maybe you’ve found a different strategy that works even better? I’d love to hear what’s been helpful for you—I’m always looking for new ideas to make things a little easier!
