has anyone else noticed a link between t3 and fatigue? i’ve been tracking my energy levels and it seems like the fatigue hits me in waves, usually after i take my t3 dose. i’m wondering if it’s the t3 itself or something else entirely.

is there a specific time after the dose the fatigue hits? like 30 min, 2 hours, 4 hours?
that “hits me in waves, usually after i take my t3 dose” sounds like something to log very precisely. my neuro always wants time-stamped stuff bc sometimes it’s not the med itself but the timing or the cumulative load with other baseline issues.
with fibromyalgia in the mix, it’s gotta be even harder to filter out the noise.
unravelling those fatigue patterns when you have both t3 and fibromyalgia is tough, i know how hard it is to tell what’s causing what when those waves of fatigue hit.
