i’ve been doing subq injections of bpc 157 for my shoulder pain, 250mcg twice a day for 4 wks now. my pt said to rotate sites to avoid irritation. i do abdomen, 2 inches from belly button, and love handles, about 1.5 inches from hip bone.
make sure to pinch the skin, insert at 45 degrees, and don’t inject too fast. i’ve noticed less pain and better sleep. fwiw, i use a 31g needle, 5mm long.
anyone else have tips on subq injections for bpc 157?
