Started tracking to prove i wasn't overreacting ymmv

this is awkward to admit but yeah, i started logging every migraine bc part of me wondered if i was being dramatic. 15+ days a month sounds like a lot, but when it’s spread out, does it feel dramatic? idk. except when i actually pulled the data, three months of every hit logged, the pattern was obvious.

95% cluster in a 6-day window around my period. the rest of the month is actually pretty quiet. so now i’m in this weird spot: the data proves the monthly load is real. but it also shows it’s not actually chronic daily chaos, it’s episodic plus predictable.

my neuro’s response was basically yeah, that’s hormonal migraines, stay on the preventive. but if the pattern is this tight, shouldn’t we be targeting that window differently? curious if you tracked your chronic daily and found something different than expected, or if your neuro asked about timing and it changed how you manage it.
