i’m 9 mos in on semaglutide, down 28lbs, and progress has slowed way down. food noise is back too.
i’ve been thinking about titrating up but idk if that’s the right move. anyone else stall around this point?

that stall point is exactly where you start feeling like the drug isn’t working anymore, and the food noise returning is awful. i’m only 4 months in on tirz, but the only way i can tell if a stall is just me being exhausted or if my dose needs bumping is by tracking the food noise day by day after injection.
like, day 2 post-injection i can smell her lunch from across the room and already feel it, but day 4? nothing.
