Sharing My PCOS Journey

Managing PCOS has been such a journey for me. Honestly, figuring out what works has been a lot of trial and error. Cutting back on sugary snacks and switching to whole, unprocessed foods has really helped me feel more in control, and adding regular workouts—especially strength training—has made a huge difference in my energy and mood.

Stress is still a tough one for me. I’ve been trying things like yoga and journaling, but some days, it feels like two steps forward, one step back. If you’ve been through this too, what’s worked for you? It’s always nice to hear someone else’s experience!
