i’m 14 wks in on sema and the emotional flatness is still a thing. not as bad as week 3 but it’s there. anyone else experience this? i’ve been tracking mood and sleep and it doesn’t seem to correlate with either. my doc says it’s not uncommon but i’d love to hear from others. been using the health tracker i have to log everything and it’s been helpful to see patterns. being able to export the data as a pdf for my appt next week is gonna be a lifesaver too. 💉 has anyone found any ways to mitigate the flatness?
