I went to check tonight’s medication and noticed my 0730 said I hadn’t taken yet as you can see in picture, it has but at 0905.

Sorry for the delayed reply. The app presumes that you checked in manually as a “PRN” or one-off rather than as part of your regimen for adherence calculation purposes.
So if you take your medication before or after your reminder by going into check-in and not checking it off from reminder notifications or the today screen, the notification may still trigger as it presumes you haven’t taken it (or if it has triggered, it may remain in your notification area). Please let me know if this is what you were referring to.
