Five months post-op on the rotator cuff and my resting heart rate is still sitting about 8bpm higher than my pre-surgery baseline. Pre-op average was 54, now it’s hovering around 62 and hasn’t really budged since maybe week 10.
I can’t isolate the variable to save my life. The confounders are a mess:
