Reports frozen cannot use

I cannot access my charts it’s like they are frozen. I cannot bring up comparisons or any of the other features.

Hi Lauren, can you tell me which version you are using and on which platform? iOS/Android? and if by frozen you mean there is a spinner or you cant scroll up/down/switch screens?
