Signed up for premium, was charged, not showing full access. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. And first I get a pop-up thing that says there’s no access and it wants me to sign up. Then if I click to sign up, it says you already have an account. Please help me or give me a full refund. Thank you.
