Post-gallbladder removal

i’m just over two months post-gallbladder removal… from what I understand, it wasn’t just a simple gallbladder removal due to gallstones; mine was covered in scar tissue that had adhered to my abdominal wall from previous inflammation. Since the surgery, I’ve had a rollercoaster of symptoms. I felt great for two weeks, but then the discomfort returned for an extended period. I’m stuck in a cycle of flare-ups that feel similar to having the flu, with body weakness and aches, along with digestive issues that sometimes burn from my belly button up to my esophagus. I don’t have a bitter taste or acid coming up, but I experience dull, uncomfortable pain in my intestines. At night, I deal with burning stomach aches, and if I get too hungry, I start belching. I can’t eat before bed or during the night because I have to stay upright if I do. It seems like I might have bile reflux or acid reflux, but my doctor won’t prescribe any medication until I see a GI specialist. Unfortunately, getting an appointment with a GI specialist in my country takes four months! I’m feeling ignored and frustrated. Right now, I’m only taking a probiotic, as I haven’t found much relief from digestive enzymes or other holistic remedies. Sometimes over-the-counter antacids help, but not always. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share their experiences or offer advice. Did this improve for you? I’m a 35-year-old female, weighing 49 kg and struggling to maintain my weight
