Pcos diagnosis vs what tracking actually reveals

got officially diagnosed with pcos in january. the labs made sense - high LH, elevated testosterone, textbook LH:FSH ratio. so the diagnosis “explained everything.” then i tracked everything. cycle day, flow, energy crashes, when progesterone climbs.

the diagnosis looked incomplete. hormones are better now on spiro. LH and testosterone in range. cycles should regularize?

except they’re still all over - 32 days, 45 days, no pattern. here’s what nobody tells you: lean PCOS means the numbers almost looked normal before diagnosis, which is why it took two years to catch. but fixing androgens doesn’t automatically fix ovulation timing. the overlay where i stack energy crashes against cycle day made it obvious - the real problem is cycle behavior, not the labs.

did your diagnosis feel complete until tracking showed something different?

hmm spiro doesn’t touch insulin
