so i’ve been on paxlovid for covid and had to stop my rheuma meds. anyone else have to restart after being on paxlovid? what was your timeline like?
i’m kinda worried about flaring up again. my doc says just wait till i’m done with paxlovid and then restart, but i’d like to hear from someone who’s been through it. did you have to taper back on or just go back to your normal dose?
and how long after finishing paxlovid did you restart? imo, it’s always better to hear from people who’ve actually dealt with this rather than just going off what my doc says. fwiw, i’ve been on hydroxychloroquine for years and it’s been working ok for me, but i’m still nervous about restarting after being off it for a bit.
