I subscribe to the monthly plan. I was trying to correct the time on an entry, and the subscribe screen popped up asking me to buy a monthly or annual plan. I’m on 3.1 and synching it before I can update to 3.2. Also maybe an alert that there is an update available to the app might help.
Hello, we have a popup that alerts users on updates. We have also released v3.3, can you upgrade and see if that fixes your issue. Please email support@careclinic.io if you continue to experience issues.
