imo, nurtec was a game changer for my migraines at first. been on it for 3 months now and i’ve noticed a plateau. headache intensity is still way down from what it was, but the frequency is creeping back up. anyone else experience this?
i’ve been tracking my prodrome window and aura changes, but nothing’s jumping out at me as a clear culprit. wondering if it’s just a matter of timing - should i be taking it at a different point in my prodrome? or is it something more like dosage? eta: i’ve also been noticing some weird sensory aura stuff that i hadn’t seen before, like tingling in my face.
not sure if that’s related to the nurtec or not. any thoughts?
