started tracking after last saturday. felt okay, walked to the library, made dinner standing. normal stuff. should’ve been fine. fwiw but next morning, brain fog, dizzy, stuck in bed til afternoon. been watching the pattern: past month, every time i feel okay and move around, the crash comes 12-24 hours later. not same-day anymore. so a “good day” isn’t confirmation i paced right. it’s confirmation i’m about to pay for it. pacing theory assumes you feel the threshold before hitting it. but delayed crashes break that. you can’t learn the line if the feedback comes a day late. does anyone else’s crashes hit the next day? makes you question if you’re actually pacing or just crashing slower.
