Ms fatigue patterns

been away for a bit. so i was thinking about fatigue patterns and how they change over time. does anyone else notice that their fatigue spikes at specific times of the day?

for me it’s always around 2-3 pm, no matter what i’ve eaten or how much sleep i got. i’ve been tracking it for a bit and it’s pretty consistent. is this just me or do others see similar patterns?

also, has anyone found any ways to mitigate this afternoon slump? i’ve tried caffeine, cold showers, and even thc gummies but nothing seems to make a huge difference. wondering if anyone else has found something that works

have you looked at any objective proxies that might align with the subjective fatigue, like HRV trends across the day, or even simple activity level drops in that window? the challenge is often getting granular enough data without adding a huge tracking burden, which is why quick logging from a watch complication can sometimes make a difference in data density.
