took the shot yesterday at 4mo pp, just realized the pen expired last week. been sitting in my fridge the whole time. i’m spiraling. does expiration matter for injectables? did i just dose myself with something inert? my brain’s too foggy to google properly. every result is just other panicked people asking the same thing. haven’t called my ob yet but like… is this a problem or am i catastrophizing? someone tell me i’m not dealing with this on top of everything else rn.
