Morning Struggles with IBS

Mornings with IBS are honestly the worst sometimes. I’ve tried so many things—like switching up my breakfast to low-FODMAP options and making sure I’m not eating anything too greasy or heavy. But I also read somewhere that our circadian rhythm is tied to gut health, which made me think: no wonder mornings always hit harder. That kind of clicked for me when I started prioritizing better sleep, even though I’m still working on making that routine stick.
