i’ve been tracking my lupus flares and i’m curious about hand reconstruction surgery. has anyone tried it for deformities?

i’ve got distorted fingers and it’s affecting my daily life. i’ve read about total wrist fusion, but i’m looking for something more specific to hand deformities.
