i’ve been reading about perianal abscesses and lupus, and it seems like there’s a link between the two. imo my doc says it’s probably due to impaired immune function, but i’m not convinced. has anyone else experienced this? i’ve been tracking my anti-dsDNA and complement levels, and i’m wondering if there’s a correlation between those and abscess formation. in my lupus and spinal post, i’m all about finding patterns in my data. anyone have any insights?
