Low-histamine diet, does reheating really matter?

man, i finally clocked something stupid the other day. i had some leftovers chicken and rice that were from saturday.

they’d been in the fridge for two days. ate it tues night, felt instant flushing and kinda bad wheezing.

i was wondering if it’s the food itself or if the act of reheating/sitting out is what messes with the histamine levels? any specific patterns you guys see w/ old cooked stuff?
