ok this might be a dumb question but has anyone else had issues with pharmacies putting wrong meds in their dosette box? my son’s been on accord levothyroxine for a while now and yesterday we found out they’d put crest in there instead. idk how that happens or what the protocol is for catching mistakes like that. idk, honestly kinda freaking out about it. anyone have any experience with this?
