I purchased a year of the poop tracker app, but the app keeps asking me to upgrade when I try and access paid features. How do I fix this? I’ve force closed the app and reopened to no avail.
I took advantage of an offer on 8/4/25 for a year at one price. Today I attempted to restore purchases and it charged me again at a second higher rate.
