Jelly like transparent mucus

I need your help with a concern I haven’t yet discussed with my doctor, as I’m hoping it’s not serious. For the past few years, I’ve been dealing with a jelly-like, transparent, sticky mucus in my chest. I don’t experience any pain or frequent coughing, but I do occasionally cough or spit out the mucus. It seems to keep accumulating in my lungs or air passages. In colder weather, I sometimes notice mild wheezing or congestion, but I can still walk 10 miles without any issues.

Can anyone help me understand what this might be? Is it normal, or could it indicate a more serious problem? To manage it, I drink plenty of water, enjoy coffee and garlic tea, and eat a lot of spices to keep the mucus soft and easy to expel. I also notice that I often have a runny nose, which I suspect might be contributing to the issue. I would appreciate any insights, as I would like some reassurance that it’s not something serious.
