I have a question about using apple cider vinegar (ACV) for abdominal pain. I’ve found that drinking ACV during an attack helps relieve the pain within 15-20 minutes, which I initially thought was related to gallbladder issues. I’ve been experiencing these attacks since 2009, with varying intensity and frequency. They typically manifest as a dull ache above my belly button, with tenderness under my right ribcage that shoots into the painful area. I also experience chills and nausea during attacks, but there’s no pain or tenderness on the left side. Additionally, I have bowel issues, including loose stools and abdominal discomfort, especially after consuming fatty foods. Despite multiple tests, including bloodwork, ultrasounds, endoscopies, and a colonoscopy, doctors have only diagnosed me with some form of IBS. However, I’m convinced there’s more to it. Any insights would be appreciated.
