been dealing with migraines, but it’s weird how much my shifts mess with me. i’m a paramedic so the lights and stress are constant.
outside of obvious lack of sleep, i noticed the flares always seem to happen when we move from high-pressure, enclosed spaces out into the open air… or maybe just extreme temperature change.
imo it’s not just ‘stress,’ but the sudden shift in barometric pressure relative to where i am working. is anyone else finding that specific kind of environmental transition - not lack of sleep, but transitioning environments - is a bigger trigger than any single thing?
