spironolactone brought LH and testosterone into range, but cycles are still random - 32 days, then 45, no pattern. i track everything so i know it’s not just feeling scattered. idk, doc’s mentioning progesterone support next. but i’m wondering: does adding progesterone actually make ovulation happen on a schedule, or just shift when it happens?
huge difference between “hormones look better” and “i can plan anything.” with irregular ovulation, hormone support doesn’t equal predictable timing. anyone added progesterone and gotten consistent cycles? or just different chaos?
